5 Underrated Golfers For The RBC Heritage

This weekend’s RBC Heritage at Harbour Town Golf Links in Hilton Head, South Carolina will be the first PGA Event since last week’s Masters. Webb Simpson won last year and he’ll be one of the favorites this year, but here we’re going to break down a couple golfers I like going into this weekend.

Corey Conners (+3400 to Win, +320 Top 10, +170 Top 20, +100 Top 30)

Conners played really well last weekend at the Masters and ended up finishing 8th. He finished 14th, 7th and 3rd in his previous three tournaments to that. His Tee-To-Green is 12th best on the PGA Tour over the last year and that should suit him well. Let’s hope Conners keeps his hot play going!

Brian Harman (+3400 to Win, +360 Top 10, +170 Top 20, +100 Top 30)

Harman finished 12th last week at the Masters after being one of the last players invited to the field. In the two events before that he finished tied for 3rd in The Players and then tied for 5th in the Dell-Technologies Match Play. He’s another hot golfer I’ll consider using here.

Charley Hoffman (+4300 to Win, +450 Top 10, +210 Top 20, +120 Top 30)

He’s finished in the Top 10 in three of his last four events and that includes a second-place finish in his last. He excels with his approach game (16th on PGA Tour) and if he can drive the ball the way he has recently he should be a good value pick here.

Adam Hadwin (+9500 to Win, +950 Top 10, +450 Top 20, +250 Top 30)

Hadwin is a much larger price than he should be. He’s finished in the Top 30 in each of his last three events. Missing out on the Masters might actually be a benefit for Hadwin, who’s looked good in parts here in the past, but hasn’t been able to put it all together.

Matthew Nesmith (+10000 to Win, +1100 Top 10, +490 Top 20, +320 Top 30)

This is Nesmith’s home course, he knows the course better than anyone in the field and even won the Junior Heritage here. The question with NeSmith is his putting, but his knowledge of the course and excitement to be playing here is worth something.

There’s lots of value here whether you’re looking to bet Winners, Top 10s, Top 20s, Top 30 or even Top 40s. I will definitely be considering some of these guys.
