With an 11-5 win over the Orioles in Los Angeles the Angels extended their win streak to 17 games! The Angels are on absolute fire right now, Julio Teheran got the win and is now 4-0 on the season.

Upton Out Four Months With Fractured Ankle

Justin Upton will be out for a while for the Angels. The Angels have recalled long awaited top prospect Jo Adell to replace him.

Doolittle Out For Season

The Nationals have lost their setup man for the season with a Torn UCL.

Yankees win 7th Straight

After a poor start to the season, with a lot of injuries the Yankees may have found their stride. A 6-5 win in Detroit was the 7th straight win for New York.

Pirates Spoil Cubs Home Opener

The Pirates were leading when catcher Luke Maile took what would be Jon Lester’s last pitch of the day in to the Wrigley Field bleachers for a 3-run homer. The Pirates went on to win by a score of 6-1.

Yanks Notch First Win in Tampa

The Yankees shutout the Rays 3-0 at Tropicana Field on Monday. It was a combined effort from pitchers J.A. Happ, Chad Green, Adam Ottavino and Aroldis Chapman for the Yankees.

Leake Homers and Gets the Win for DBacks

Mike Leake pitched 7-innings, allowing just 2 runs and also helped himself out at the plater with a home run. The DBacks beat the Giants 5-2

Perez Homer Gives Royals First Win in 15 innings

Salvador Perez hit a 3-run homer in the top of the 15th inning off of White Sox reliever Kelvin Herrera. The blast gave the Royals their first win of the season in a marathon of a game.

Cain Goes 4-for-5 with a Home Run on SNB

The Brewers got their first win of the season with a 11-3 Win over the Cubs on ESPN for Sunday Night. Lorenzo Cain had a big 2-run homer in the 5th inning off Jose Quintana pushes the Brewers lead from 1-0 to 3-0. Cain finished the day 4-for-5 with 4 RBIs.

Upton Homers Twice in Angels 5-4 Win Over Astros

The Angels split the opening series with the Astros thanks to a big day from Justin Upton, launching two home runs. Mike Trout also went deep for the Angels for the second straight day.

Bauer, Suarez Lead Reds in Sweep of Cards

Eugenio Suarez hit two homers and Trevor Bauer pitched eight innings allowing just one run as the Reds finished off the Series sweep of the Cardinals in Cincinnati.

Sisco Goes Deep Twice as Orioles Clobber Yankees 14-4

Chance Sisco hit two homers as the Orioles are off to a surprising 2-0 start. Masahiro Tanaka was not sharp as the Orioles’ got to him for 7-runs in the first 2 innings.

Hamilton and Flores lead Giants Over Dodgers 9-2

Billy Hamilton went 3-for-4 with 2 doubles and 3 RBIs while Wilmer Flores knocked in 4 for the Giants. Jeff Samardzija had a great start into the 8th inning for San Francisco.

Kimbrel and Cubs shut down Brewers 2-1.

The Cubs scored 2 early, which was enough to hang as the Cubs move to 2-0 with a 1-run win at Miller Park in Milwaukee.

Robert goes 2-for-2 With a Homer in Debut

The White Sox put up 12 runs on the Royals with 5 home runs, one of which by White Sox rookie Luis Robert. Robert was 2-for-2 with a walk in his debut.

Bo Bichette Goes 4-for-5 in Blue Jays 11-4 rout of Red Sox

Bichette finished the day with a home runs, 3 singles and a walk to lead the Blue Jays. Nathan Eovaldi gave up 7 runs for the Red Sox in just 3.1 innings.

10th inning Walk-off Wild Pitch sends the A’s to 2-0

Twins reliever Zack Littell’s wild pitch to Mark Canha allowed Matt Olson to score the winning run in the bottom on the 10th in what was a crazy Friday night in Oakland.

Padres Go Deep Six Times in 10-2 Win over Rockies

Fernando Tatis Jr, Manny Machado, Trent Grisham, Franchy Cordero, Tommy Pham and Eric Hosmer all went deep for the Padres (4 HRs off Jon Gray) in way to crushing the Rockies.

Gallo hits Two More Homers in Rangers Win Over Mariners

Joey Gallo hit two more homers to lead the Rangers to a 10-6 victory in Seattle. Gallo now leads the league with 3 home runs.

Winker’s 2-out walk-off Grand Slam leads Reds over Cardinals 5-3

Jesse Winker sent Great American Ballpark into frenzy when he crushed a 2-0 fastball from Giovanny Gallegos deep into the right-field seats. The blast came after 3 consecutive 2-out singles from Shogo Akiyama, pinch-hitter Josh VanMeter and Joey Votto. The ending spoiled a great start from the Cardinals’ Jack Flaherty (7 innings, 10 Ks, 3 hits, 0 runs).

Matt Joyce’s walk-off homer caps Marlins’ comeback over Phillies

Matt Joyce sent a 3-2 fastball from Philadelphia’s Hector Neris just over the right field wall giving the Marlins a 3-run walk-off homer and a great start to the 2020 season.

O’s top Yankees 4-3 in Baltimore

Austin Hays’ bases clearing first-inning triple was enough to get to Gerrit Cole and the Yankees. Mychal Givens nailed down the save in the 9th to give the Orioles a 4-3 win.

7-run 5th inning puts Cubs past Brewers 11-8 in Milwaukee

A never-ending 5th inning for Milwaukee saw Brandon Woodruff knocked out of the game and seven Cubs cross the plate. The biggest blow, a 3-run homer from Kris Bryant.

Chris Archer went 7 innings and allowed just 1 run on 3 hits to his former team in Tampa Bay. The Pirates escaped with a 2-1 victory over the Rays to begin the season.
